I was
instructed to prepare a series of questions that may help me to identify people
I would want to or be able to work with on future projects as an exercise to get
to know the group and to assess what qualities I value in a work partner. Although
it is just a bit of fun I should be aware of what my choice of questions will
say about me to the interviewee as the subject will form an opinion as they are
questioned. And I tried not to give leaning questions (even if I am hoping for very
specific answers) to get a more accurate assessment of the individual.
